2012 HDLL Auction – May 12, 2012

Location: Green Meadows Country Club

Time: 5:30 pm till we’re partied out!

Tickets: $35 – includes, appetizer, dinner, dessert, coffee, punch and 3 drink coupons for wine/beer

VIP tables are an additional $75.00 dollars for the table, includes: reserved seating for 10, table in the front of the room, 2 bottles of wine, appetizers at table and you get to sit with who you want!

Our Annual Dinner Auction is on May 12th. This is our biggest fundraiser for the year and we need your help!   We are still looking for donations to be included in the silent and live auction.  Donations can come in many forms including cash, goods, or services.  Every donation makes a difference no matter how small it is.  We will bundle donations to make big ticket items in both the silent and live auctions.    Here are some ideas:

- Vacation rentals -you can donate a couple nights or a week stay
- Business owners-donate cash, goods or services, house cleaning, painting, handyman, yard service, gift cards, etc.
 *Remember we are a not for profit organization so any donation is tax deductible. 

*Mt. Tabor Brewery is donating beer for the event*
