Hazel Dell Little League Winter Training and Camps

Our first clinic with Hank Jones focused on hitting and was a great success. Now we are ready to work on fielding and throwing. Hank’s next clinic will be held on Sunday, December 11th with a focus on defensive skills. Clinics are held between 1:30-4pm at the clubhouse, exact time TBD (I will send you a confirmation with the time). Each session will be limited to no more than 20 players and be filled on a first-come, first serve basis. Anyone enrolled in HDLL this past year is eligible. If you are interested in having your child participate, please reply to this email or contact me at mark.decker@comcast.net to reserve your spot. Additional clinics will occur in January.
HDLL’s weekly open practice sessions continue and keep kids in baseball shape. Here is the schedule:

  • Pac 7/8 on Tuesdays from 6:30-8:00pm (hosted by Trevor Beems)
  • AL on Saturdays from 10:30am-12:00 (hosted by Mark Decker)
  • AL on Mondays from 5:30-7:00 (hosted by Mike Martinez)
  • NL on Wednesdays from 6:30-8:00pm (hosted by Andy Hahn)
  • Juniors on Saturdays from 1:00-3:00pm (hosted by Paul Nevue)
  • Seniors on Sundays from 4:00-6:00pm (hosted by Nathan Place)

If you can’t make the session for your league age, stop in and check with another coach—they may be able to accommodate you. Come join us and make 2012 the best baseball year ever for your child.
